Their large indoor seating area and two beautiful outdoor terraces overlook the vineyard and the rolling countryside. It is the perfect place for a romantic get-away, weddings and tasting fun. Papa’s Rosa This red wine is made from one of Illinois’ finest grape varieties, the Chambourcin grape. It is meant to be drunk young, similar to a Nouveau wine. Notes of black currants, cherry, and vanilla give this wine a smooth finish.
Seyval A light-bodied white wine with hints of apple and pear. A slight suggestion of pineapple flows across the palate for a delicate finish.
Semi-Sweet Wine
Misterioso This medium-bodied rose` wine is crisp and clean with a berry nose and a delightful, fruity finish. Sweet ripe berry aromas and zesty citrus flavors flow across the palate for an unforgettable, vibrant finish.
