Semi-Dry Red Wines

Papa’s Rosa – Blue Sky Vineyard: A young chambourcin wine with hints of fresh berry and black currants.  Papa’s Rosa is meant to be drunk young, similar to a Nouveau wine.

Beryln – August Hill Winery:  This semi-dry red wine is light bodied and made from the Chancellor and Frontenac grapes, which gives it notes of cherry, strawberry and a hint of chocolate.  It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and pairs well with pasta, pork or beef.

Bald Knob – Owl Creek:  This fruity, tart semi-dry red is made with the Chambourcin grape. Perfect for sipping and cookouts.

Sweet Evolution – Fox Valley Winery
